John Clarke is Commercial Director of the UK Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA). He was formerly Managing Director of International Nuclear Services Ltd, a company wholly owned by the NDA

John has worked in the nuclear industry for over 20 years and graduated in chemical engineering from the University of Sheffield.

Catherine Weber-Guevara has been Director of AREVA Logistics business unit and CEO of TN International since January 2009.

Catherine Weber-Guevara has worked in the nuclear industry for more than twenty years. She joined AREVA’s Reactors and Services Division in 1987 where she worked in operational and business fields. In 2001, she was appointed Managing Director of GADS, a hazardous waste treatment and disposal company. In 2006, she was named Director of Jeumont Services and Spare Parts and CEO of Somanu, a nuclear maintenance company.

Catherine Weber-Guevara graduated with a PHD in Petrology/Mineralogy and a Post Doctoral degree in Experimental Geology from the University of Chicago

Mr. Masaomi Mochizuki has been a Director of PNTL since July 2008. He is Acting General Manager of Purchasing and Contract Department, The JAPAN ATOMIC POWER COMPANY (JAPC) Japan.

Mr. Mochizuki joined JAPC in 1979, starting in Labour Department. He has 30 years experience in the nuclear industry. He stayed in Sweden and the U.K. as a researcher of Japan Electric Power Information Center, Inc. (JEPIC) from 1991-1992.

Mr. Mochizuki is a graduate in the Law Department from Chuo University in Japan.

Mr. Kazumasa Kuwahara has been a Director of PNTL since July 2008. He is Senior Operating Officer of Energy Division, Marubeni Corporation.

Mr. Kuwahara joined Marubeni in 1978. He worked in Finance Department and trained in France as a business trainee for 2 years before moving to Nuclear Power Department in 1983. Since then, he has worked in the nuclear industry for 25 years. He was stationed in the U.K. as General Manager of Marubeni Risley Liaison Office from 1987 - 1991.

Mr. Kuwahara is a graduate in commercial science from Waseda University in Tokyo.

Mark has been Managing Director of International Nuclear Services Ltd (INS) since June 2008.

He commenced his career in BNFL in 1981 in the High Level Waste Plants at Sellafield site in the UK working on the development of the high level vitrification process. He transferred to the Commercial Division of the spent fuel management group within BNFL (now International Nuclear Services) in 1989, progressing through a number of roles in which he gained extensive commercial and customer facing experience associated with the development and management of complex nuclear recycling contracts. Mark became Commercial Director of International Nuclear Services (INS) in 2007. In his current role as Managing Director of INS, Mark also oversees all aspects of INS’s International Transport Operations.

Mark has an honours degree in Chemistry from the University of Nottingham.
